The land is situated to the south of the village of Brede,
surrounded by farmland with far reaching views across the
valley. The land is less than a mile from Brede, which
provides basic local amenities, whilst more comprehensive
services are available in nearby Hastings (7 miles) and Rye (8.4
miles).
The land benefits from good road connections, adjacent to
the A28, which provides a through way to the town of Hastings
to the south and the town of Rye to the east, as well as being a
short drive from mainline rail services nearby at Doleham, with a
regular service to London St Pancras.
